From serving jerk plates at London’s first Halal Latin-Carribean restaurant in London to now creating a whole dynamic of flavour through suya - we make our own yaji spice in-house (yaji is a peanut based powder that we rub our meats in). Apart from this, we dash a bit of special suya recipe that is unique to our restaurant.

From our secret suya spice to a good cut of meat is the key to our Suya Plates at Moi Moi. Using our state-of-the-art grill that you can find in-store, we use two types of meat: chicken and beef. We love a good chicken - but did you know that we are one of the only places in London that offers tozo meat in our suya offerings? Our chefs ensures that we make the best tozo suya by grilling it on a low and slow basis, making every bite worth your trip in Camden!
